Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front end engineer with really strong React skills. As a Frontend Developer, you'll join an autonomous team of diverse individuals. You'll work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Developers and other driven people. You'll also be part of the cross-team "frontend guild", in which we share articles, knowledge, breakfasts and silly memes. All three teams strive to deliver software that is robust, secure, scalable, operable, maintainable, usable and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Highly experienced in developing in JavaScript or TypeScript, with at least 8 years hands-on experience
• REACT experience essential, with 4-6 years worth of hands-on experience required.
• Fluency in source code quality, tests (unit and functional)
• Comfortable with agile practices and principles
• Comfortable in dealing with change and complexity
• Open-minded and very positive can-do attitude
• Work with Product Managers and UX designers to specify new features
• Help maintain those features and take into account feedback from colleagues and the community
• Develop those features using React and Typescript
• Write unit tests and integration tests
• Do code reviews and provide meaningful feedback

Endurance Group Inc is developing a real-time Browser Based Automation Tool using Node.js framework. This tool is built using a Node.js library, Puppeteer, designed to load test functional behavior of the software and measure performance of the web applications under load. The tool can be used to simulate load on a server using multiple clusters to test and analyze the overall performance of the web application.

Responsibilities:

• Development of High-Level Solution and proposing the standard / recommended tools solution
• Collaborate with business partners to develop solutions and correct system deficiencies/gaps
• Examine existing/new business models and flows of data, discuss findings with the business owner/BA and technical team as applicable
• Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives
• Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports
• Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program
• Ability to write technical user stories
• Develop system specifications that address business requirements aligned with system architectures
• Draft and publish instructional materials and provide system training to end users

Responsibilities: 

• Hands-on engineering skills to build, maintain and Deploy Python, JavaScript, Node.js applications using GIT, Jenkins and DevOps..
• Experience using Puppeteer Cluster to spawn multiple instances of Chromium to run parallel tests.
• Create, maintain, and execute AI bots to test software systems identifying test automation opportunities to be incorporated into the SDLC cycle.
• Enhance and extend the Code library and framework, Write specialized code for handling real time logs, page verifications, assertions, error handling, real-time CPU/Memory usage for use in performance monitoring web applications.
• Create, participate and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines for quality of builds, and analyze test failures
• Knowledge of distributed software systems and complex multi-tiered architectures with various types of integration and messaging between applications.
• With minimal supervision, the Software Engineer will develop branched code of Node.js AI framework that would read Performance test patters and run automated tests based on AI solution’s decision.
